Order from our online store 24/7 by adding products to your cart and entering your payment details at checkout.
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Yes, you can. After you have completed your order, you can download it from "Order History" on your My Page.

About Shipping
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, but delivery times may vary by region.
Shipping is a flat rate of 660 yen nationwide (1,320 yen in Hokkaido and Okinawa), and shipping is free for orders totaling 11,000 yen or more (tax included).
Currently, we only ship domestically, but we plan to ship internationally in the future.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective products. If there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The color may differ slightly from the photo on the website. Due to the reflection of light from the gold thread, the color may differ slightly from the actual color. In such cases, please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

About the product
No, because HARUMEKI uses scraps of gold brocade fabric, each item is unique. There are very few items with the same pattern, so you can enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime encounter.
Generally, please avoid washing with water. If it gets dirty, we recommend gently wiping it with a soft cloth or dry cleaning.
We are currently unable to accept this request. Products will be delivered in Harumeki's special box or envelope. (Note: If the order quantity is large, the special box will not be used.)
